Discover Hamburg's culinary delights: We'll show you the most delicious vegan dishes in the Sternschanze, the Karo and Gängeviertel. From the wonderfully alternative café to a small food factory, authentic oriental soul food to the sweet highlight of the tour.

Our Vegan Food Tour is guided digitally. So all you need is our tour booklet and an internet-enabled smartphone to be able to use our digital guide. So you can only discover Hamburg culinary with your loved ones and without foreign tour groups. The digital guide takes you from bar to bar like a normal tour guide and shows you exciting Hamburg locations in between. You can start the tour whenever you like within the opening hours of the participating locations. There are no fixed booking dates! If you want to skip individual bars on the tour, you can do this at a later date, the tour booklet then works like a free voucher up to 2 years after purchase.

What To Expect

Hamburger Gangeviertel

You visit the first station: a cute, alternative café in the middle of the Gängeviertel. Between modern office buildings and the alternative "aisles" that have been occupied for years, you can enjoy a light dough dish to start with - vegan, of course.

St Pauli

On the way to the next bar you will discover the narrow streets of the occupied Gängeviertel, old half-timbered houses, a pompous, old concert hall (from the outside) and enjoy the green heart of Hamburg: Planten un Blomen. You will also walk past the bunker, an old protective bunker that houses hip techno clubs and media companies as well as cafes and hotels in the future. You choose for yourself which of the stops you want to discover and you can also go directly to the next restaurant!

The second culinary stop is a small food factory. The couple-run restaurant fits perfectly into the colorful alternative Karoviertel and produces hummus in flavors that have never been discovered before. Add a fresh pita bread and the way to the next restaurant is secured.

Rindermarkthalle

Opposite the well-known Rindermarkthalle, the old slaughterhouse has been converted: you can discover a great flea market, buy or examine retro bicycles and find access to the next culinary treat via the old Beckstraße.

Our sweet dessert highlight of the Vegan Food Tour is located directly at the Schanzenpark. In this modern patisserie you will taste delicious desserts, from muffins to donuts, cakes and other pastries.
